Eric's primary coverage responsibility is the US cable industry. Eric has been involved in wide variety of cable financings and M&A transactions for cable companies of all sizes in the US. Most recently, Eric led the CS team in its representation of Bresnan in the sale of the company to Cablevision Systems and has led the CS team in financing transactions for Charter, Atlantic Broadband, Knology, WOW!, Cablevision, Insight and others. In addition to cable, Eric covers the theater industry and several other US Media Companies. Eric joined Credit Suisse in 2003 as a Managing Director in the Media Telecom Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Eric was a Managing Direction in Merrill Lynch's Media Group. Eric joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School in that year.
